Shea Cutliff: A proud woman of color living a transgender experience. 

Shea is a fearless fighter and advocate for human rights, equity for the marginalized and dignity for all. She is the first transgender woman of color on the One Orlando Alliance board- currently serving as Secretary of the board. Shea is founder of RISE Initiative and helps fund grassroots efforts through her work on the Contigo Fund board. Shea also joined the board of Come Out With Pride (COWP) in 2023 with optimism and excitement for the organization’s next chapter. Her proudest endeavor so far with the COWP Board is being co-Director of the Trans and Nonbinary Task Force.

Shea Cutliff: una orgullosa mujer de color que vive una experiencia transgénero.

Shea es una luchadora intrépida y defensora de los derechos humanos, la equidad para los marginados y la dignidad para todos. Ella es la primera mujer transgénero de color en la junta directiva de One Orlando Alliance y actualmente se desempeña como Secretaria de la junta. Shea es fundadora de la Iniciativa RISE y ayuda a financiar esfuerzos de base a través de su trabajo en la junta directiva del Contigo Fund (Fondo Contigo). Shea también se unió a la junta directiva de Come Out With Pride (COWP) en 2023 con optimismo y entusiasmo por el próximo capítulo de la organización.
