I am a queer and trans, white and Native person with disability living in the unceded occupied lands of the Munsee Lenape. I first learned about Theatre of the Oppressed as a student a UNO from my theatre professor Doug Paterson. He invited me to a workshop with Augusto Boal and my first PTO conference in 2001. I have been a part of the PTO community since then. I have spent much of my career since then using PO and TO techniques to support deeper understanding of systemic power, privilege and oppression. I am a facilitator and strategist working with groups to help them develop more equitable practice.
