LaSonja Roberts

LaSonja Roberts, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of educational leadership at Western Michigan University. Her research agenda focuses on leader preparation and retention, specifically the use of appreciative leadership to create environments that foster learning and well-being for educators and students, emphasizing equity and inclusion practices that are essential to learning and well-being. She uses Theatre of the Oppressed for research and professional development with P-20 educators and community leaders.
