Building on the theater golden rule of improv's "yes, and," Kerry leads a meditation, using the senses to spark creativity. Participants warm up with MBSR, Qigong, then reimagine Boal's Games for Actor’s and Non Actors with a trauma-informed approach and consent practices in pairs. / Basándose en la regla de oro de la improvisación, "sí y,” Kerry dirige una meditación, utilizando los sentidos para despertar la creatividad.
